How to Join RCSCC Ajax (Guelph, Ontario)

The registration process is simple and only takes a few steps. Follow the instructions below to complete your application and prepare for your first night with us.

  1. Access the Online Registration Tool (ORT)

Use the link provided below to access the Cadets Canada Online Registration Tool.

  1. Read All Instructions Carefully

Before beginning, review all information on the ORT page to ensure you understand the process and required documents.

  1. Select Your Unit

When prompted for the unit name and number, enter:

89 AJAX Then select it from the list.

  1. Enter Health Card Information

The application requires the cadet’s OHIP (Ontario Health Card) details. Do not enter private insurance information.

  1. Gather Parent/Guardian Information

Have the following ready:

  • Cadet’s Health Card
  • Address and phone number for all parents/guardians

This information is required to complete the online application.

  1. Submit the Application

Once submitted, RCSCC Ajax will receive a notification. A staff member will contact you to complete the final steps of enrollment.

  1. Electronic Submission Preferred

We strongly prefer electronic submission through the ORT. If you require a printable blank form, please contact us first at:

  1. Bring Required Documents on Your First Night

When you arrive for your first training night, please bring the following original documents:

  • Health Card
  • Official Identification Document, such as:
    • Birth Certificate
    • Passport
    • Identity Card
    • Visa

We must see the original copies to verify identity and eligibility.
