Who We Are
Royal Canadian Sea Cadet Corps Ajax is a youth organization committed to developing confident, capable young leaders through naval-inspired training and hands-on experiences. We provide a structured, supportive environment where cadets learn teamwork, discipline, and responsibility while building lasting friendships and life skills.
Our Mission
Our mission is to empower youth to become responsible, engaged citizens. Through leadership development, seamanship training, physical fitness, and community involvement, we encourage cadets to challenge themselves, set meaningful goals, and discover their full potential.

What We Do
Cadets at RCSCC Ajax participate in a wide range of engaging and educational activities, including:
- Weekly training nights focused on drill, leadership, seamanship, and naval history
- On-the-water experiences such as sailing, small boat handling, and water safety (seasonal)
- Fitness and sports activities that promote teamwork and healthy living
- Ceremonial opportunities, including parades and community events
- Summer training courses offered at regional and national Cadet Training Centres
Training is progressive, allowing cadets to take on more responsibility as they advance through the program.
Who Can Join
The Sea Cadet program is open to youth who meet national age and residency requirements. There is no cost to join the core program, and uniforms are provided. RCSCC Ajax welcomes cadets from all backgrounds who are ready to learn, grow, and contribute to the corps.
Our Leadership
RCSCC Ajax is led by a dedicated team of officers and civilian volunteers with experience in the Canadian Armed Forces, maritime industries, and community service. Our staff is committed to creating a safe, inclusive environment where every cadet is supported and encouraged to succeed.
Our Community
We are proud to serve our local community and regularly participate in civic events, ceremonies, and volunteer initiatives. Through these activities, cadets learn the importance of service, remembrance, and pride in Canada.
